We focus on essential service business in the US with recurring or re-occurring revenues. Current areas of focus include:
We target platform companies with $1 million to $10 million of EBITDA. Add on acquisitions of any size. We have the ability to buy operating business and real estate to provide a one-stop transaction solution.
Our approach works best when the target company has both organic and M&A driven growth levers available to it. As such, we seek niche leaders within sizable fragmented markets with room to grow.
Strong management is key to the success of service organizations. We aim to identify and empower great people to build leading companies, both within the organizations we partner with and outside of them.
